                                                 Civil Process

The civil process division serves warrants to those that are charged or required to be in court. These officers have a section that they are responsible for and deliver the papers to those areas. The papers are divided into the different locations in the city as they come out of the different courts, Circuit, General District, and Juvenile and Domestic relations.  These officers provide transportation to and from the state institutions for inmates days in court. They will also travel to other states to pick up individuals who have been captured in those localities and return them to this area for their trials. In addition they help out in the courts as rotating baliffs.
